EMPIRE TRACK NOTES YONKERS, N. Y Oct. 29. L. Meripole will ship Better Times, Comic Song and Wynnewood to Tijuana. At privae terms B. A. Lane purchased Monday Morning from C A Stoneham. The Rancocas Stable was shipped to Pim-lico yesterday, while trainer S. C Hildreth journeyed to the farm at Jobsfown to look over the stock at that point Jockey G. W.. Carroll was suspended for the remainder of the meeting and his case referred to the Jockey Club. It is alleged that Carroll grabbed the saddle cloth of Sandy Hatch in the running of the fourth race.
