DUCKLING began slowly, but closed a big gap and, saving ground on the stretch turn, finished fast and got up fo win in the final strides. WUHU began fast and set a good pace, but tired right at the end. PARMACIIENEE BELLE was in close quarters early, but came past the leaders on the last turn and finished fast. AMPOLAG raced up to the pacemaker on the last turn and tired. CALEMBOUR saved ground where possible, but also tired. TEN SIXTY, in the better going all the way, was much used in racing with SILK TASSEL and tired after taking the lead. SILK TASSEL set a fast pace for the going and tired badly.
