LEXINGTON ROAD NOW OPEN LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 8. The racing enthusiasts here were pleased with the announcement that the highway between Louisville and Lexington, which has undergone repairs for many months, has been completed and is now open to travel. This will insure a wholesome daily patronage from here at the Lexington track by those who usually motor there and return home after the races.
