E. F. SIMS TO SELL ALL HIS HORSES NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 8. Edward F. Sims, owner of the Xalapa Farm, has commissioned the Fassig-Tipton Company to sell all of his racing and breeding stock at public auction. The sale, which will be held in Squadron A. Armory, . New York City, December 10 and 11, will include all of the stallions, brood mares and foals of 1924 now at Xalapa Farm, and the horses which have been racing under the colors of the Xalapa Farm and Lexington Stables.
