JOHN BOWMANS FOND HOPE The president of the United Hunts Racing Association will not get his- genuinely big thrill out of racing until Top Hat sends a first-class horse to the posL- For John McEntee Bowmant who loves fox hunting and horses and dogs, has the repatriated son of Hastings Topiary therefore a half-brother to Tracery and Trap . Rock in the stud at Hal Price Headleys farm. Shortly after purchasing Top Hat, Mr. Bowman loaned the stallion to the Cuban government for three years. Since his return to America many of our leading breeders have patronized Top Hat, among them Major Belmont. Mr. Bowman is endeavoring to make the United Hunts race meetings socially and financially successful, and is steadily gaining the co-operation of leaders of finance, polo, society, racing and the hunting field.
