AVon easily; second and third driving. STARGO began well and, racing in closest pursuit from the start, took the lead in the stretch and drew away fast in the last eighth. UNCLE BERT, also away well, Feemed to tire after racing forwardly to the stretch, but came with a rush near the. end. LADY TRILBY had no mishaps and finished well. MAMIE OJANE set a fast pace, but began tiring in the last sixteenth. ORLOVA showed Improvement. GUSSIE P. finished well. LUGS was always far back. COLEY McDEVITT ran away a quarter before the start. AVILL AVELLS, away forwardly and showing the most speed, raced into the lead at once and, finishing gamely, outstayed SARI. The latter, also away forwardly, raced close up, but began swerving when called on and came fast near the end. TALEQUA ran a good race and was running gamely in the last eighth. AVRACK RAY, racing in much improved form, set a good pace and might have won but for bolting on the stretch turn. OO LA LA showed speed, but quit badly after going a mile and a quarter. AVATCnFDL raced well and. finishing gamely, got up in the last stride for second place. CRAYON began powly, but showed good speed in fast pacemaking and tired in the last sixteenth. AVon handily; second and third driving. PRICE-MAKER had to overcome much interference on the first turn, but raced into the lead in the first half mile and held UNITED AEIIDE safe at the end. UNITED AERDE set the early pace and came across the others sharply in front on the first turn, causing a bad jam, then raced forwardly throughout, but was unable to reach the winner. MISS MEISE also suffered much from interference, but finished gamely. DUSTY MARY also was a victim of interference. CHILDS PLAY quit badly. Overweights Sporty McGee, 3 pounds; Childs Play, 1.
