• WIN IMPORTANT STAKES SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, England. April 24.— Grey Steppe, a two-year-old by Stefan the Great, from Damask, won the Cobham Stakes at San-down Park yesterday by a length. This was the youngsters first start. There were twenty-four in the field. Stephania, a daughter of Stephen the Great, finished second in the Hyde Park Stakes at Epsom Wednesday.
