* RACING COMMISSION MEETS LEXINGTON, Ky., April 24.— The Kentucky State Racing Commission, all members present, met this morning at 11 oclock and at 11 :30 adjourned for luncheon, to which the commission had invited about one hundred people of Kentucky and at 3 oclock, the commission met again and went into executive session. At the morning session officials of the Ixington and Raceland tracks were approved. General manager Matt J. Winn stated that the Kentucky Jockey Club list of officials would be presented at the afternoon session. Rule 72 was amended by substituting the word "May" for the word "June." Rule 73 was amended by substituting "five and a half furlongs" for "six furlongs." Rule 74 was amended by substituting the word "three" for the word "two."
