This is one of the many improvements on the New Orleans course instituted by E. R. Bradley, John P. Sullivan and E. G. Schlieder when they acquired the control of the plant. About half a million dollars will have been spent upon improve -ments at the Fair Grounds by the time the next winter meeting opens there next January, it is said.
