COLE TO CANADIAN TRACKS NEW YORK, Nr. Y., May 23— Edward W. Cole, who has ably filled the office of presiding judge at several of the Canadian tracks for the past fifteen years will be the presiding judge at Duffcrin Park, Long Branch and Kenilworth again this year. Mr. Cole will leave Xew York for Toronto June 8 to take up his duties at the Dufferin Park meeting, which begins June 10.
