Ill, May 26 —A new racing bill was introduced in the House of Representatives today by Representative Brown. It covers all of the ground of the Mitehell measure with the exception of providing for pari-mutuel betting. It differs also in that it provides for a commission of only three to supervise horse r.ic ing Histoid of five as provided for in the Mitchell bill.
