TRACK AT COLLINS VILLE LATONIA Ky June 20 Lyman T Hay Ed W Simms Jos L Rhinock and C Bruce Head who are financing witli J B Respass the Collinsville 111 track venture were among the visitors at the track and before the racing held a conference with regards to future plans of the contemplated track trackIt It was decided to rush the work to com ¬ pletion as speodily as consistent It is also intended to make the plant an elaborate one and modern in every respect The con ¬ struction will be supervised by C Bruce Head who will also act as the general manager of the plant when it is completed
