m GRAND STAND AT TERMINAL United Hunts Completes Construction of New Stand for Coming Meeting of Two Days. NBW YOBK. X. Y.. April 11.— Interest i-i the coming meeting of the United Hunts Pacing Association, to be held at Belmont Park Terminal. Saturday, April 21, antl Monday. April 2t!, is increasing as the elays draw ■ear. Great progress has been made at the terminal during the past two weeks, the new grandstand now being i-ompleted and painted. The steeplechase course is now reaely, but owing to the frozen condition of the ground it cannot be used without seriously damaging the turf for the meeting. The association, therefore, has decided to provide immediately in the center of the terminal field a regular schooling course which can be used every iay. Later the steeplechase course It fit will be thrown open for schooling purposes. The flat grass course, according to trainer M:i Hirseh. is already in better condition than ever before, and will closely approach the Kiiglsh standard of turf courses before the meeting is held, if, in the meantime, pood weather conditions prevail. To add a sentimental interest to the rac.-s to he run at the coming meeting, plate will he added to each race. The Joe key flub, eOaeph i:. VYidener. president .lohn McKntee B.w m.Hi.
