t LATONIA TURF NOTES T s : and LATONIA, Ky., June 25. Jockey J. Callahan, who came from New York to ride Dolan In the Derby, departed for New York on the first outgoing train after the race, and jockey Earl Poole, called from Washington Park to ride Handy Mandy, expected to return to the Homewood track in time to resume riding there Monday. Single Foot, winner of the Enquirer Handicap, and the other members of the J. E. Griffith stable in charge of Harry Rites, will be shipped to Windsor July 5 for the meeting that opens in the Canadian border city July 14. Lioretta Brooks and Hengist, in the stable being handled by Dick Brooks, will leave here with the other horses of the establishments to be shipped to Churchill Downs after the Latonia meeting. Both of the above named horses will be fired and rested for a time before being prepared for fall racing.
