CONTINUES HIS WINNING Bocaratone Is Successful in First Bainbridge Effort, Making Three Straight. CLEVELAND, Ohio. June IS. — Women owners captured two of the most important races on todays card at Bainbridge Park. Bocaratone, a very consistent gelding, won the fifth race, which was the feature, following the victory of Guys Image, which runs in the colors of Mrs. L. M. Holmes, of New Orleans. Bocaratones race today was his first stat here, but he came here fresh from two victories at Riverside Park, todays making lis third in a row. It was a very good field that he led down to the finish line, drawing clear in the last seventy yards. Colonel Drage finished second, holding on well after disposing of Orestes II. in the early part. Miss Fire, out for the first time this year, ran a good race, having enough left to withstand the late challenge of Sans Terre to get third place. J. G. Gallos Deviner joined the three-time winners at this meeting when he won todays first race, at three-quarters of a mile. As in his other races he made a good finish of it, passing his rivals in the last stages of the stretch run. Margarita Ahearn did the early pacemaking and stuck to her knitting well, though she could not stall off the winners rush. Arrogant had all he could do to beat Blue Agate for third place. East Side won the second race for C. Nolte. The distance was one mile and seventy yards and East Side went well throughout, closing very fast to overtake the leaders in the last sixteenth. Slice got second place by closing a big gap and catching The Ulster as he weakened right at the end. Bashful Beau finished very strong in this event. Showing good speed from the start, Fallen Leaf, racing for Missouri Stable, accounted for the third race, which was for fillies and mares. The winner was pressed somewhat near the finish by Ranch Lass, which came on the outside in the last eighth and finished courageously. Saving ground in the stretch. Two Colors got the small end of the purse as Robina Seth quit. Mrs. L. M. Holmes took down the purse in the mile race for three-year-olds, which was the fourth event, her Guy Fortune colt, Guys Image, winning as the result of a rush down the stretch on the outside. Fair Girl, a winner last week, made a game finish for second place. Nanny Carroll was third.
