TRICKY COLONEL, under slight restraint in the first half mile, moved forward with a rush when straightened out in the stretch and won as his rider pleased. BEHAVE CASH, hustled into the lead, set a rapid pace iu the early running, but faltered in the final eighth when challenged. LITTLE IMP, a contender throughout, finished well under pressure and held MORLEY safe. The latter suffered no mishaps and raced evenly throughout. GIANT STRIDE tired iu the final eighth. SEA MYRTLE was crowded out of contention immediately after the start. YANDEU TOOL, away taidily, moved up fast on the inside of the leaders entering the stretch and, assuming command at the eighth post, was in hand the remainder of the race. SCHOONER forced a steady pace rounding the turn and disposed of AIRLINER and held on courageously through the stretch, but was no match for the winner. AIRLINER ciubroic the others and, hustled into the. lead, displayed good speed for three-eighths, but tired. DONIE raced wide rounding the turn and lost considerable ground and was not persevered with. PRINCE ZEUS bore cut in the first quarter mile. HIGH DAY and WESTERNER acted greenly and raced on their own courage. ZLBLBNA, crowded back after the stnrt, came gradually, improved her position when settled into licr stride and, finishing determinedly in the stretch, wore down the leaders to win going away. BETTYT BEAU, nearest in pursuit of the leader all the way. responded gamely under punishnint in the last eighth, but tired slightly in the last seventy yards. IRISH POLLY, quickest to get going and. displaying excellent speed, opened up a long lead under slight restraint in the first three-eighths, but tired suddenly and just lasted long enough to withstand ROD RACKS challenge.
