LOSES VALUABLE FENCER BOArIE, Md., April 4. Trainer AVilliam Bringloe reports the loss, of the imported racer, Fooler, that he was handling for the Seagram stable. Fooler was said to be a grand fencer and hopes were entertained by the Canadian sportsman that Fooler would win some of the big steeplechase stakes this year.
