HOPE TO SAVE VETERAN AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Jan. 30. Trainer William Finnegan has hopes of bringing Alexander Pantages, the good handicap horse, back to the races in time to train for the Caliente Handicap. The horse recently strained a ligament and it was feared he would be lost to racing, but Finnegan has not given up hope as yet.
