PAIR GROUNDS PADDOCK SALE NEW ORLEANS, La., March 7. Seven horses, all in training and produce of the Escoba Stock Farm, the Texas breeding establishment owned, by Houghton Brownlee, sold for small prices at public sale in the Fair Grounds paddock Saturday morning. E. L. Snyder paid top price of 00 for the two-year-old Escorun, while Doctor Happy, winner of the Louisiana Juvenile Stakes last winter, sold for 25, which amount Ben Suhr gave for the three-year-old. A summary of the sale follows: Star Quince, Bennett and Frederico, 25; Whithar-ral, E. Valenti, 5; Marstellar, E. L. Snyder, 50; Escoba France, A. Gaal, 00; Escorun, E. L. Snyder, 00; Doctor Happy, B. Suhr, 25; Escoba Land, A. Gaal, 75.
