JOCKEY LANES FIRST WINNER AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, March 11. Jockey J. Lane, a little 104-pound boy under contract to Charlie McCroan, rode the first winner of his career when he piloted Segunda to victory over a small band of two-year-olds in the opening race today. Segunda was the favorite. Chief Almgren was second and Bonsilla third. Jockey Lane was congratulated by judge Nelson after he had dismounted.
