TORCHBEARER IS DESTROYED LEXINGTON, Ky., June 1.— Imported Torchbearer, the eighteen-year-old brown stallion, by Radium — Hacklers Pride, by Hackler, was humanely destroyed today at Clyde Van Dusens Few Acres Farm. He had been failing for a long time with no chance for recovery.
