SUSPEND HEUPELS LICENSE LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 15. For rough riding astride Liqueur in the Breeders Futurity and impudence to the stewards when being questioned, the license of Jake Heupel was suspended by the stewards. Jockey G. Elston, who rode The Darb, confirmed the patrol judges report that Liqueur impeded The Darb near the close of the first quarter.
