Callahan, who rode Gusto in the Championship, and W. Ulbig were aboard the same train. J. P. Smith was an arrival from Ohio with the two-year-old if illy, Bright Chestnut John O. Whitlow was removed from St. Elizabeths Hospital, Covington, to his apartment. He is greatly improved after a two weeks siege with an ear- infection. Jockey R. Zucchini, who has been riding at the smaller tracks throughout the season, checked in Saturday.
