ILLINOIS COMMISSION CHANGES TWO RULES AURORA 111 May 16 The Illinois Rac ¬ ing Commission has made the following changes in its rules rulesRule Rule No 180 is changed to read as follows Rule No 180 Length of race Not more than three overnight events of less distance than one mile shall be given on any day for horses threeyearolds and upward un ¬ less conditions make it impossible to obtain sufficient entries to races of one mile or greater distance distanceRule Rule No 221 Is changed as follows Rule No 221 All such applications shall be filed with the secretary of the Illinois Racing Commission and each applicant for a license as jockey trainer or apprentice at the time of filing said application shall pay to said secretary a fee of 300 to cover the cost incident to preparing filing and re ¬ cording of said application and at the same time shall pay to the board of relief herein provided for under rules 264 and 265 the sum of 200 200The The Illinois Racing Commission has named as members of the board of relief provided for under rules No 264 and 265 the following Richard J Nash Otto W Lehmann and Christopher J FitzGerald
