STAKE RACES ARE EXCEPTED HOMEWOOD 111 May 26 The rule of the Illinois Racing Commission which pro ¬ hibited jockeys engaged by a single stable to ride against each other except as an entry today was amended The amended ruling follows followsJockeys Jockeys and apprentices who are under contract to the same owner or to different owners who employ the same trainer shall not ride against each other in a race except as an entry in which one of the said jockeys or apprentices is riding a horse owned by his contract employer This rule shall not apply to stake races
