SIXTY DAYS SUSPENSION SUSPENSIONNEW NEW YORK N Y May 28 At a meeting of the New York State Racing Commission consisting of Herbert Bay ¬ ard Swope John Hay Whitney and John Sloan it was unanimously voted that the suspension of J A Coburn trainer and William Livingston groom be set for sixty days from April 30 terminating on Saturday June 28 1941 1941J J A Coburn was the trainer in charge of the fiveyearold High Blame whoso saliva test after its winning race on April 23 was found to be positive
