New Jersey Governor States Position on Commissioners CommissionersTRENTON TRENTON N J May 6 Gov Charles Edison who last night issued a proclama ¬ tion calling upon the Senate which had recessed until November 15 to reconvene next Thursday stated here today that he has not yet decided whether he will submit nominations to the State Racing Com ¬ mission to that body for approval I do not intend to play politics with this and I hope that others will not play politics with it either said Governor Edison EdisonThere There are two vacancies on the racing commission caused by the death of John P Callaghan of Harrison and the resignation of Louis A Reilly of Newark The present members are Lewis E Waring of Middle town and John R Rogers of Newark Dates for the Garden State Park meeting July 7 to September 11 were approved and a license was issued by the commission while it was functioning as a fourman board
