Joseph A Murphy Will Attend State Commissioners Meeting MeetingST ST LOUIS Mo May 6 Joseph A Mur ¬ phy has received an invitation from Bever ley Broun president of the National Asso ¬ ciation of Racing Commissioners to attend the meeting of that body at the Waldorf Astoria and will leave for New York Sunday SundayWhile While there he will consult with Maj Thomas H McCreery president of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective As ¬ sociation and other leading horsemen and breeders on the increasing difficulties which the curtailment of racing has im ¬ posed on them themHe He is hoping that the national body can be persuaded to foster a national program for relief
