Ascot Park Given Dates For NineteenDay Meet MeetCOLUMBUS COLUMBUS Ohio May 21 The State Racing Commission meeting here today approved dates of July 31 through August 19 for a 19day meeting of running races at Ascot Park Akron Ohio The racing com ¬ mission granted the dates to D E Cronin who will operate the track in cooperation with John Griffiths GriffithsMrs Mrs Helen Rickett chairman of the commission also announced that an application for dates for a run ¬ ning race meeting at Fort Miami Toledo had been temporarily with ¬ drawn by the Toledo Jockey Club ClubIt It is understood that another meeting of j the racing commission will take place here next week
