Will of JO Keene Filed In Fayette County Court CourtLEXINGTON LEXINGTON Ky May 31 The will of John Oliver Jack Keene famous turf ¬ man and owner of the Keeneland Stud who died in Detroit Thursday was filed here Saturday in Fayette County court The will bequeathed the major portion of the Keene estate to two grand nephews Keene Gurnee and William Mason Stoll Land immediately west of the Keeneland race course was given to Stoll that east of the race course was given to Gurnee GurneeSecurities Securities owned by Mr Keene will be equally divided between the two grand nephews Bequests of 500 each go to two Keene servants Caroline and Buck Jack ¬ son The remainder of the turfmans per ¬ sonal property goes to Gurnee The First National Bank and Trust Company quali ¬ fied as curator of the estate Bond was established at 100000
