Tropical Stewards Ruling CORAL GABLES, Fla.. April 5.— The stewards issued the following ruling at Tropical Park today: "For interference with Instructor in the stretch in the fifth race, Leo McLaughlin was disqualified from second position and placed third. Instructor was placed second. Jockey T. Queen, Jr., is suspended for the balance of the meeting for rough riding."
