Clark, Kentucky and Illinois official in charge of some of the pre-meeting details here. The lone registration, that of William Bogan- owski, former jockey, was filed yesterday. All such registrations must be filed in advance of the April 15 opening and trains ers who delay this important requisite run the risk of not receiving in time certain essential credentials. Separate registrations will be required for each of the two com- bined meetings and they will be accepted by Clark at the offices of the racing department. , j I .
