Lucky Draw and Pukka Gin Show Speed in Workouts JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., April 26.— George D. Wideners Kentucky Derby candidate, Lucky Draw, turned in an impressive trial over the main track at Belmont Park this morning, stepping a handy mile in 1:42% over the slow strip. The son of Jack High was full of run all the way. He will ship to Churchill Downs on Monday. Pukka Gin, who leaves for Pim-lico tomorrow to take part in the Chesapeake, had plenty of early speed, stepping a half in :47%. The C. V. Whitney colorbearers stable-mate, Hoodoo, was timed in :48%. Trainer Andy Schuttinger this morning was still unable to account for his charges poor race in the Wood and said that if the colt redeems himself in the 5,000 stoke Saturday hell ship to Louisville.
