W R Dahlstrom to Arrive Here Today From Florida FloridaWilliam William B Duke Dahlskom racing secretary at Arlington and Washington Parks will arrive here today from his Florida home Upon his arrival Dahl strom who was appointed to the dual post this past winter will go over several mat ¬ ters relative to the 67day coordinated season scheduled to open at the North Side track on June 21 21At At the same time stake books will be dispatched from the ArlingtonWashington offices to horsemen throughout the coun ¬ try In all 33 added money attractions will be offered with all but six yet remain ¬ ing to be closed The exceptions are the early closing events namely the Classic American Derby Arlington Futurity Washington Park Futurity Lassie and Princess Pat PatJune June 12 is the closing Sate for the first three stakes of the Arlington meeting This trio of events all of which will be run opening week of the session are the 20 000 Hyde Park for twoyearolds the 25 000 Princess Doreen for threeyearold fillies and the 30000 Equipoise Mile for threeyearoias and upward The Hyde Park will feature the opening day program on June 21 the Princess Doreen will be decidedtwo days later while the Equipoise will headline the initial Saturday card on June 26
