Youngster Injured Slightly When Chal Jay Jumps Fence FenceAQUEDUCT AQUEDUCT L I N Y June 22 Don MacVeans Chal Jay reared at the start of the second race at Aqueduct today depositing1 jockey Wayne D Wright on the ground un ¬ hurt then took off on an unescorted tour of the track After rounding the turn into the backstretch Chal Jay charged toward a group of per ¬ sons leaning on the rail They scur ¬ ried away frantically as the gelding jumped the fence and Michael Bam ¬ bino an 11yearold boy fell in the rush for safety suffering a severe shaking and a scratched cheek The youngster who was watching the races in company with his uncle ChaYIes Diesso a former horse own ¬ er was treated with Ice bags and mercurochrome in the track dis ¬ pensary pensaryJockey Jockey Tonio Simon fell on his own mare Sagamore Lady in the hurdle race that followed and was less lucky suffering a fractured left collar bone Simon was taken to Physicians Hospital Jackson Heights L I
