Perrin Resigns TRPB Post WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111 , June 15. — Charles E. "Chuck" Perrin, mid-western representative of the Thoroughbred Racing and Protective Bureau, announced his resignation from that organization to become assistant chief special agent for the Illinois Central Railroad. Perrin became affiliated with the TRPB in March, 1947, following five years as a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Chicago. Since his appointment with the FBI, Perrin has been considered one of the top investigators in this sector, and his resignation was accepted with considerable reluctance by Spencer Drayton and other officials. i
