Stewards at Riyer Downs Announce Two Rulings RIVER DOWNS, California. Ohio. June 15. — The stewards here today issued the following rulings: "Trainer W. G. Christmas is hereby fined 5 for failing to have his horse, Wise C, in the paddock for the third race, June 14, and for this reason the horse was scratched. "The stewards today added to the suspension of jockey E. Barnes, that he be denied all privilege of the grounds controlled by the Ohio State Jockey Club. This is being done for the best interest of racing,"
