New Post to Louis Batjer MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 15. — Louis Batjer, old-time horseman and steeplechase rider, has been assigned a new post at Monmouth Park for the coming season. Batjer is officiating as a "morning steward," his assignment being to carefully check all morning workouts and report any infractions of training rules. In the event of any training accident he will also be able to direct an ambulance to the scene in a matter of moments.
