Fritz Febel Appointed Football Coach at University of Buffalo BuffaloBUFFALO BUFFALO N Y May 5 UP Fritz Febel 42 assistant football coach at the University of Buffalo from 1936 to 1942 today was appointed head coach to replace Jimmy Wilson who was released last week weekFebel Febel presently is an assistant professor of health physical education and recrea ¬ tion in the universitys school of education a post he has held since 1946 His appoint ¬ ment was in keeping with a new university regulation to have all varsity coaches full time members of the faculty facultyFebel Febel said he could call a meeting of the universitys football squad tomorrow and have the players vote on whether they wanted spring practice
