Hold Bernet Funeral Services COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 26.— Funeral services for Albert G. "Bert" Bernet, 54, former executive sports editor of The Ohio State Journal, were held in the chapel of the Schoedinger Funeral Home here Friday, June 27. Burial followed in Green-lawn Cemetery. Bernet retired as executive sports of The Ohio State Journal in November, 1950, after suffering a stroke. He had been affiliated with The Journal from 1915 until his retirement except for one and one-half years of service in World War I. He died at his home here Tuesday, June 24.
