Stewards1 Rulings HAWTHORNE Cicero III June 6 In a ruling here today the Lincoln Fields stewards suspended apprentice Jockey Andrew Leggio for 10 racing days effective from June 9 to June 19 for rough riding in the first race of Junes DELAWARE PARK Stanton Del June 6 The stewards today an ¬ nounced that jockey J A Regalbuto had been suspended 10 racing days for allowing Nimble Myth to drift out and interfere Fvith Regal Glad during the stretch run of Fridays first race Nim ¬ ble Myth was disqualified after having finished second Regalbutos suspension runs from June 8 to June 18 inclusive WATERFORD PARK Chester W Va June 6 The following ruling was issued today by the stewards here hereJockey Jockey C M Clark is suspended for 10 racing days from June 8th18th inclusive for careless riding on Sugar Duck in the second race June 5th WOODBINE PARK Toronto Ont June 6 The stewards issued the fol ¬ lowing ruling Trainer Leo Grogan is fined 1000 for entering the horse Lit ¬ tle Bid in the second race for Monday June 8th for which race the horse is not eligible WOODBINE PARK Toronto Ont June 6 The stewards issued the fol ¬ lowing ruling In the matter of A Greenberg and W D Calder The jockeys named on the entries made by the above named trainers were omit ¬ ted from the program iri error by the printers the fines therefore levied by the stewards on these aforementioned trainers are remitted WOODBINE PARK Toronto Ont June 6 The stewards issued the fol ¬ lowing ruling Apprentice jockey Wil ¬ liam Elliott is fined 2500 for kicking his horse after having dismounted fol ¬ lowing the running of the first race June 5
