SPECIAL ALLOWANCES AT DETROIT RACE COURSE COURSEIn In all claiming races and purse races at the meeting at a distance of one mile or over the following allowances may be claimed without respect to other allowances for horses who have never won a race at one mile or over three yearolds allowed 3 pounds fouryearolds and upward 5 pounds nonwinners at one mile or over and maiden races excepted In addition in all overnight races except handicaps an allowance of 5 pounds will be made to horses bred in Michigan
