Bill Gives Weight Allowance AllowanceSPRINGFIELD SPRINGFIELD 111 June 11 A bill granting all Illinoisbred horses a five pound allowance has been introduced in the House here The measure which has been referred to committee is being spon ¬ sored by Reps Laufer McConnell and Ko hout Kohout is a former vicepresident of the Central division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association and is one of five candidates nominated for that position again the other four being Joseph Kroeck John F Beck C C Nor ¬ man and H G Bockman
