William S Cox of Australia To Attend NASRC Confab ConfabLEXINGTON LEXINGTON Ky May 4 William S Cox secretary of the Moonee Valley Racing Club one of the main racing clubs in Melbourne will represent the state of Victoria Australia at the an ¬ nual convention of the National Asso ¬ ciation of State Racing Commissioners to be held in Beverly Hills Calif June 913 913Mr Mr and Mrs Cox and Mrs W M Bamfprd of Albury New South Wales arrived in the United States recently and were visitors in Lexington last week Before returning to California for their offical visit in June they will tour some of the major race tracks in the east and Canada
