A A C0EN BROOM. BEST REPRESENTATIVE OF C. A. CREW UT CANADIAN RACING OF THIS YEAR : 4 The Cesarion gelding, Corn Broom, was the best representative of the C. A. Crew stable in Canadian racing of this year. Corn Broom faced the starter sixteen times and was only unplaced in three races, linishing first six times and second on seven other occasions. His stable .earnings amounted to ,220. Pepper Sauce, Old Pop and Miss Gayle were the only other members of the Crew string to race and each of these won, adding materially to the stable winnings of 0,235, a comfortable sum for such a small stable racing for such a limited period.
