DEVONSHIRE PARKS SECOND MEETING WINDSOK, Out., August 12. The Western Kaciug Association annoiinceil today that it was decided to hold the second meeting at Devonshire Park from August 27 to September 3. This will follow immediately after the Windsor Jockey Club meeting, which closes August. 21.
