SHOOTS CUSTOMER Because he had hammered on the door of the closed store of Konstantine Pawlowski, at 1011 Noble Street Joseph Bogacz, 21, was shot by the owner. The wounded man was taken to St Marys Hospital, where he told the police that he wanted Pawlowkski to open the store so that he might purchase some cigarettes. The latter stated that he fired merely to frighten the youth away.
