Locklear at Toledo COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 24.— Andy Locklear, first assistant to starter C. H. McMillan, remained at Toledo to school horses before the opening of that meeting next Saturday. Locklear will dispatch the fields during the first eight days of the session until McMillan completes the season here. McMillan will take over the starting at the Fort Miami track Tuesday, July 6.
