Mexicans Buy Reynolds Horses FORT WORTH, Texas, June 24— Clyde Locklear, head trainer for Reynolds Brothers* racing division, which raced at the Hipodromo de las Americas, Mexico City, sold the six-year-old Travis L., the three-year-old Boots Shorty and the two-year-old Log chain to Mexican turfmen. James D. Raines was the purchaser of Boots Shorty. Locklear originally intended to remain at Mexico City, but he decided to van Money Muss, Powder Puff and Fly Ty back to Texas to be turned out until winter racing.
