Onyx II. into submission in the first half and was going away in the last fifty yards. Onyx II. ran in much in proved form and showed a lot of speed, bnt could not last. Rheta was hustled along the entire trip, but came wide at the stretch tnrn and carried Special Tax with her. The latter is partial to a soft track. Maud Gonne saved ground at the home turn, caught the leaders tiring in the rnn home and was going away at the end. Suark showed a lot of speed and raced Sevoy into submission in the first half. Both the last named came very wide into the horr estretch. Sevoy hardly ran his race. Early Eve finished strongly and ran in much improved form. Sevoy ran under the name of Syrlin, by which name he is registered with the Jockey Club. Scratch-d-34928Shrioe, 88. Overweights Sir Tom Tiddler, 1 pound. Jewel when rounding the far turn and shook him off without much effort in the run home. Lone Fisherman finished very strongly and was wearing the winner down at the end. Americano outclassed his company, opened up a winning gap in the first half and was eased up in the run home. : Pathos raced Rosanco to defeat in going to the stretch turn, but was hustled along at the end to stall 1 off All Souls. Great Star was quickest to get going and opened up a winning gap in the first half, but was tiring at the end and was doing her best to stall off Loone. The latter came with a rash in the last eighth, was wearing the winner down and would have won in a few more strides Baronet hung on more gamely than usual. This was the best race he has shown in months. Jack McGinn quit when the pinch came. Scratched 34930 Heroics, 101. Great Star, show, 3 to 2. Loone, Bhow, out. Baronet, show, 2 to 1. Outburst, show, 4 to 5.
